SuperShuttle was once a great operation but no more. We had a reservation so they knew we were arriving around 7pm into LGA. When we called from the service phone at the Transportation Desk as directed we were told that there would be a one hour wait as "They currently had no vans at the airport"." Along with 3 other passengers from our flight, also with a reservation, we waited/. 45 minutes later a driver appeared and picked them up and 3 others who had booked in the interim but said we were not on their list?. I frantically called again and was told "our van" would be arriving shortly;. Twenty minutes later a driver arrived but had no pick up other than us so he stood around another twenty minutes, In the that time I called again and the dispatcher hung up on me.. When we finally boarded we were shuttled to another terminal where we waited for another group to fill the van before heading into the City". Over three hours to get into New York CIty from the airport.. NEVER AGAIN;. It is just not worth it. 12922f1

I officially complained to them on there website as they ask you to do. I got a response 22 days later which was insulting to me and did not even offer an apology. Don't waste your time. It made me mad all over again.

i have bad experiences too. Who regulates super shuttle? Whom can we complain?
