For my return flight, I was supposed to get picked up from my hotel but the driver never showed up. I called customer service and was on the phone for over an hour while the customer service rep was allegedly locating the van, locating the local dispatcher, located a supervisor...none of which were secured. I resorted to taking a private cab only to miss my flight. The only thing the rep could say was "I don't know what to tell you." Since I missed my flight, I had to spend the night in the airport, fly standby, miss my client meetings, etc. Saying that I'm royally annoyed in an understatement. |
| 2. Written by Fred on October 10, 2008 from houston, texas, US I had an online reservation with them the day before for a 10 a.m. pickup for a Jet Blue flight from Long Beach to Las Vegas and was promptly picked up and dropped off with no hassles. They work well in some areas I guess..... |

When times like our economy are bad, is when these ignorant companies should step up their customer service. They add on to the stress of already trying to find a way to get to the airport without being ripped off by cab drivers! good luck. |
