We had a round trip transportation booked and paid for on Super Shuttle. Arrived at airport, called Super Shuttle and was told it would be a minimum of 45 minutes before van arrives. Super Shuttle had out flight information and money, so why were they not prepared to pick us up ? I asked that we receive a refund which Super Shuttle agreed to. I also canceled the return trip in the allotted time. I received confirmation that we would get a refund in 5-7 business days, its been over two weeks and still no refund.
My 81 year old mother was scheduled to arrive on another flight a couple of hours later, I asked that she be picked up on time. Their customer no service representative stated she would have to follow the same procedures as everyone else and call when she arrived. Funny this procedure did not work for me !
