Had confirmed reservations 3 days prior to pickup. Received email confirmations from supershuttle and even renegotiated pick up times. Received phone call confirmation night before to say they would be there and confirmed time. At 4:30 AM they called to say they did not have a van and would not pick us up. This was 28 minutes prior to scheduled pick up and no offer was made to call cab or anything else. We had to drive our own car 50 miles each way and pay for parking so we wouldn't miss our flight. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SUPERSHUTTLE! 1292427
