I have read many of the comments and complaints about the Super Shuttle and all I can say is that I am suprised there are not many more complaints. I recently left the Shuttle after working there for years and can say " it way worse than anyone knows".
The company is probably the most poorly run of any I have ever seen". Poorly trained and managed staff, drivers who are out of control and most who can't even speak english or communicate properly with the staff or the customers/.
The conditions seem to be very much the same at all company locations, the worst being in Tampa Bay?. The employees are under extreme stress from management and abuses are rampant and frequent;.
The pay is the only thing that is decent.. The questions is whether it is worth all the abuse you have to go through to earn that buck?. My advice don't work there and definitely don't ride with them/.

When you call the local number about your concerns you get a very rude abrubt female voice, that she IS the Admin Asst. Drivers are so busy on their GPS that they are an accident waiting to happen. I have heard they are so anxious to Franchise (sell) their vans to drivers, they take anybody who will sign the contract, without any consideration of appearance, customer service etc. Just git em on the road baby!!!!! |
