Super shuttle requires csr's to lye to passengers to get the sale. they make us sale exclusives trips to walk ups that bumps off the passenger that makes a reservation . when i addressed the issue with the company I was asked to quite . when i did not quite and another passenger was not only bumped off but took him 45 minutes to be picked up , then was sent back to the air port too pick up another passenger after half way to hotel. the passenger was not mad at me but the company blamed me and I was fired .
