Same story as others. I scheduled SuperShuttle to take me to DFW. The guy showed up 40 minutes late! No apology, no reason". He DID NOT SPEAK TO ME FOR THE ENTIRE RIDE! By the time he arrived, rush hour had started which made things only worse/. Then he made a stop to pick up another rider - he never told me (this would have required him speaking), which put us even later behind?. By the time we got to the airport, the airline refused to load my checked luggage because I was so late;. I had to sneak into the First Class line at Security to the front of the line.. By the time I made it to my gate, I was the last one on the plane, barely making the flight/. I've called to complain and tried to get the email address but all has fallen on deaf ears;. I've gone ahead and canceled future rides with them|. Save yourself the hassle and do the same. 129263a
