We made a reservation for a 2:50 a.m. pickup in Manhattan to go to Newark Airport. The van finally arrived at 3:47, empty, which means the delay wasn't caused by other passengers. The driver told us that he only received the call to pick us up after I called SuperShuttle to ask where the van was. (When I called, I had to wait about 10 minutes to speak to an agent.) We had asked to be at the airport by 5:00 am. We were delivered there late.

This service is too unreliable to use to get to the airport for a flight. Will never use them again. 1292671
