They are now telling me that they won't refund my money because in their own words:
"The reason being that because we were not supplied with the correct information to track your flight the dispatch was not able to tell if your flight would have been delayed or if any other information was incorrect/. ExecuCar is a service that we provide where we guarantee that we will be on time to meet you and this is not possible if we do not have the correct information?. The dispatch also had no way of contacting you as the calls would not go through to verify the information because you were on your flight;. This being said we are able to process a one time partial refund for you?. In the future we will not be approving compensation if all of the information given is not correct"'.
I fly at least once a month, and in every city, there is SuperStupidShuttle/. I refuse to use them ever again, nor will any of my employees|. I would rather pay more for a cab or another company.
